Week 8

25th November – 29th November

This week has unfolded as a dynamic mix of creativity, collaboration, and focused reflection, as I worked on designing key objects for my 3rd-floor model while refining my approach to documenting and organising essential project elements.

Monday began with creating templates for key objects essential to my current project. I then transitioned into the hands-on assembly of these objects and further refinement of the overall 3rd-floor model.

Midweek, I started to develop an objects file to catalog all the key elements of my ongoing project. This step is essential to ensure that every object is meticulously documented, including its inventory number, measurements, and any important notes.

Wednesday afternoon brought a collaborative dimension through an internal meeting, which offered valuable context, clarified priorities, and aligned my work with the overarching project goals.

Thursday began on a lighter note with a breakfast meeting, my first since joining Casson Mann. I really enjoyed this social gathering; it was refreshing to see everyone together in a more relaxed and informal setting.

Ending the week with a work-from-home day offered a refreshing change of environment that encouraged focused reflection. The morning’s DPS tutorial was a valuable interlude, providing new insights and tools that continues to enhance my ongoing work.

Looking ahead, I’m motivated to continue refining my approach, integrating feedback, and finding balance between the technical and creative aspects of my work.
