5th May – 9th May ♡

This week began with yet another bank holiday Monday, meaning my official return to the office came on Tuesday. It was such a joy to see everyone again, I genuinely felt happy to be back in the studio environment.
I started the day by wrapping up my asset list task, which I’d been working on previously. With that completed, I was given a new project: collaborating remotely with Eleonora, one of Casson Mann’s designers based in Paris. We worked together via Teams, navigating the usual back-and-forth of remote communication. Once we’d finalised the file, I moved on to my next assignment, 3D modelling small museum projects that would form part of a larger visual.
Later in the week, I was given an additional task to rotate between: a Photoshop project I could pick up if I needed a break from modelling. Since I’m currently working from home on Thursdays, temporarily, while things continue to settle after last week’s emergency, I used the quieter day to complete the Photoshop task before returning to my 3D work.
By Friday, I had my regular catch-up session, always a welcome moment to pause, reflect, and recalibrate. I also made time to progress on my dissertation draft before finishing the week with more focused modelling work. A full, productive return, and a reminder of how much I appreciate the balance of creativity, collaboration, and flexibility this internship offers.
